Kaseya, N-able & GFI MAX integration with CRM Client for Outlook
The download includes 2 components:
HW Device- New CRM entity in the Service module that stores the details of each network device you monitor on behalf of your customer using either Kaseya or N-able. You can open the Kaseya or N-Central in the Web Interface tab of the HW Device while in Outlook and link it to Case or Service Activity.
Workflow activity plug-in – A background process that calls Kaseya, N-able or GFI MAX web services to update HW Devices list of the Account, every set period of time.
The HW Device can be configured as 1-to-many or many-to-many relationship with CRM Service Activity and /or the Case entity of Microsoft CRM to record all incidents and services provided for the HW Device.
