Get it first time right!
Kick-start training session to ensure QoS-IT is correctly implemented first time right, and in use soon after it has been installed. The online training is done remotely and on your CRM /QoS-IT server, performed in 5 sessions over 2-4 week period:
1st session (75 minutes) – We discuss your business and step by step setting up QoS-IT & CRM to the way you work.
2nd session (75 minutes) – CRM Router, Email to Case, design of basic SLA for ad-hoc clients and practicing case resolution process from start to end.
3rd session (60 minute) – Jobs management (JCP), configuring and writing workflows and Email templates.
4th session (60 minutes) – Practice advance SLA Contracts, timesheet & business management.
5th session (60 minutes) – QoS-IT & MS CRM best practice. Review what was learnt and implemented during the past 2-3 weeks and how to utilize QoS-IT to increase sales of IT Services
