In a proactive maintenance SLA, the customer’s monthly monitoring billing can be directly related to the number of HW Devices linked to the SLA Contract Line.
This report can be attached to monthly invoice providing customers with details on the number & types of monitored devices as well as cost breakdown.
HW Device entity is linked to SLA Contract Line with many-to-many relationships. In the SQL database it is represented in two filtered tables (Contract Detail (SLA Contract Line) and ASK_HWDevice) and an intermediate table that links between the two (ask_contractdetail_ask_hwdevice), via the attributes: ask_hwdeviceid and contractdetailid
The SQL statement: WHERE (FilteredContractDetail.statecode = 0) ensures that records retrieved from database are of SLA Contract that are Active (statecode=0)
