The report displays the reported time per job’s activities (phone, email, remote access, onsite…) for each Customer Service Representative (CSR), filtered by date range.
Activities performed by CSR, working within the Job Control Panel, are recorded in: Task (Remote Access, Knowledgebase & Onsite works), Phone and Email entities. QoS-IT records, between other details, the work-details, reported time, date & time and the related Job type and job number quoted within square brackets. The field that stores this information is Subject.
The SQL query is a UNION that SELECTs the information from 3 database tables: Task, Email & Phone, if the entities modifiedon field is between the date range defines by the parameters @fromdate AND @todate. An expression declared in the DefaultValues of the parameters sets the from date to one month before today’s date. The expression is set as: =DateAdd ("m",-1,Today())
The “m” is the interval set to Month. Other intervals are:
