1. In-house job can be either engineering works (software development, web design) or workshop. When in-house job is engineering works than the Software entity is linked to in-house job, and when in-house job is workshop, an HW Device is linked to the job.

2. The entity SW License is renamed as Software and linked to Accounts with Many To Many relationships with HW device. (one Software can reside on many HW Devices, one HW Device can have many Software).

3. Remote job is integrated with Log Me In Rescue. Make sure you download the template for Log Me In invite Email.

4. Customers using web portal that do not have access to reports, allotments status or invoice can request to get their permissions updated by clicking a button on the web portal page. This action will change one or more of the three new fields added to the Web Portal entity. Refer to a workflow that triggers request to allow customers viewing a web page upon changes made to the relevant fields in the web portal entity.

5. On site job can be back-dated but not before the case created date.

6. Account’s &Responsible Contact’s phone numbers are displayed next to the customer’s and contact’s names in the main page of JCP.

7. Add column and reference to Job Number in time sheet report & Dashboard.

8. The serial number entered when dispatching a part for onsite job is available in the Invoice’s XML file.

9. An Administration task is added to Timesheet pick-list

10. Update Allotment Conversion rate to a maximum value of 10,000 (was 100)

11. Add field “Is Mobile Ready” to Service Activity. Views can be created based on the status of this field. 4 new views were added to Service Activity for Mobile On Site Job.

12. The Allotment Balance is added to the XML of allotment report

13. Updated Mobile Customization for Service Activities and HW Devices

14. HW Devices can be linked to SLA Contract Line. New Many to Many relationship between Contract Lines and HW Devices. In SLA Contract Line the function is available in “QoS-IT More Actions” button. In HW Device the function is available on toolbar.

15. Allow zero prepaid hours in SLA Contract line.

16. Plug-in to return via workflow today’s day, month, year & date. Refer to sample workflow that assigns different Case Manager each day of the week

17. In each JCP you can view the details of all other jobs related to the same case.

18. While in JCP the user can update (extend or shorten)his /her service activity to allow / not allow more jobs to be allocated to him / her. “Reason” is a new field that stores the reason for rescheduling Service Activity. Refer to workflow triggered when the “Reason” field in Service Activity is modified.

19. In monthly billing customer’s list for billing can be all selected or deselected.

20. When prepaid hour case is closed the Allotment Email includes the prepaid allotment’s new balance.

21. SLA Contract with maintenance fee of prepaid hours creates automated invoice on rollover day and only rolls over the allowed rollover allotments set in Contract line.
