Dynamics CRM 2011 is available to IT Managed Service Providers (MSP) as part of their Partner Program with Microsoft. Microsoft Outlook is familiar environment to most MSP to communicate with customers, schedule meetings and tasks. QoS-IT is the only business management solution for IT professionals, integrated with CRM Client forOutlook, that provides technicians updated information regarding incidents and devices as well as remote access to customer’s devices from Outlook.
