Build stronger relationship with your customers by providing them with detailed
invoices and reports. QoS-IT provides customer reports and invoicing template
created in XSLT format. You can edit, delete or manipulate fields and labels in
the invoice and customer’s report using XSLT text editor.
The following examples demonstrate same XML data-feed presented
once as a
invoice preview and
the other one as an
invoice.
QoS-IT helps you make the most of information stored in each
Case and Job to analyze service performance, cost & profitability. Here are
some examples:
Case & Job status Report
Report on Cases and their related Jobs. Select Cases for report from the Case
entity using the Control key on the keyboard and the mouse to highlight cases
from the list. This report provides Case Manager with detailed information on
the status of each Case.

Open Cases and Jobs
Report for selected period of time on all open cases and jobs.
Number of cases open & resolved (qty and percentage).
Number of Jobs open & closed (qty and percentage).
Open and closed cases per customer.
Number of Jobs (by type) per each technician / engineer (User).

Service Activity report
For each technician / engineer the time spent on each service activity as
reported from Job Control Panel, time billed to customer and the relationship
between time spent and time billed (as percentage).

Profit report
Calculate profit for all invoices in selected period of time. Cost is taken
from the Service catalogue for each Service Item in the invoice.
