Experience–IT is a short user guide for IT Managed Service Providers (MSP) to gain hands-on experience with QoS-IT trial session or as training documentation for new QoS-IT users.

Parts 1-3 of Experience–IT describe QoS-IT functionality from the user’s point of view either as Customer Service Representative (CSR) or as Case Manager.

Part 4 is step by step instructions on how to set up QoS-IT to work the way you work. Understanding of the core relationships between Services, SLA Contract, Case and Jobs is crucial for successful hands on unguided use of QoS-IT demo site; therefore we highly recommend you to follow the instructions provided by Experience-IT documentation or Email us (support@qos-it.com) when a function you are looking for cannot be found or request an online support via GoToMeeting provided by our experienced team.

Remember. QoS-IT demo is not a shared database concurrently used by other customers evaluating the software. Feel free using QoS-IT as real life testing environment including customers’ names and Email addresses. At the end of each demo the database is retrieved to its original state and all information entered during testing period is erased.
